  Step 1 – Request a FREE prepaid shipping kit – CLICK HERE 

 

 Step 2 – Simply put your headphones in the prepaid shipping box and drop them at your local USPS office.

 

 Step 3 – After arrival and inspection, we’ll notify you by email. Then your headphones get fixed!

 

 Step 4 – We’ll ship them for FREE back to you after payment has been received (PayPal or Credit card). You are happy!

If you prefer to SHIP YOUR HEADPHONES TO US BY YOURSELF to speed up the repair process, we have two options :

A – Just select the option “SEND ME A FREE SHIPPING LABEL BY EMAIL” from the SHIPPING OPTIONS drop down list. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions right away.

B – Fill this FORM and ship your headphones along with our packaging slip provided using the carrier of your choice. Our address is included in the slip.
